Requires a bachelor’s degree in auditing, finance, or accounting, with two to three years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate. Property appraisal/assessment training and DOR 101 completion are desirable. Responsibilities include administrative support, record maintenance, deed updates, excise tax processing, and assisting taxpayers. Salary: $22.85-$28.55/hour.
