The purpose of this position is to perform a wide variety of real estate inspections, appraisals, valuations, property market data analysis and sales verifications; assists in real estate tax abatement application reviews; and all other related work as required and directed. This is a full-time, non-exempt position, hiring salary range: $60,962- $81,924 annually plus yearly step increases, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to be a part of our team of dedicated public servants.
