The Town of Hopkinton seeks a full-time Administrative Manager for the Hopkinton Fire Department.
The Administrative Manager is responsible for assisting the Fire Chief and the Deputy Chief with the administrative services of the Hopkinton Fire Department. This role assists in developing and monitoring the Fire Department budget, processing of the department payroll, reconciling hours and rates for each employee, including retroactive pays and leave balances as well as purchasing of supplies and equipment.
Hiring Salary: $ 25.32 to $30.39 Hourly, depending on qualifications
