ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR – GR.3
DPW DEPARTMENT – SOLID WASTE DIVISION
FULL-TIME (34 HOURS/WEEK)
PAY: $21.85 TO $32.28/HOUR

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing administrative and technical services in support of the Solid Waste Director and the daily operations of the office. The employee is required to perform all similar or related duties.

Duties include monitoring department expenditures, procuring equipment, preparing and processing the department’s accounts payable, receivable and payroll.

Minimum of an associate’s degree or a journeyman’s level of trade knowledge; a minimum of three to five years’ office experience, preferably at an executive level; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
