The town of Belmont is currently seeking candidates for a full time Administrative Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will enable the successful professional candidate to join a dedicated team that provides high quality services to the community of Belmont!
This position provides moderately complex administrative support and day-to-day office management within the Office of Planning and Building. Position has responsibilities to provide customer service and to coordinate financial, personnel, and benefits processes. Also provides administrative support to the Planning Board and Board of Appeals This position is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas. Performs all other related work as required.
This position is full time, 40 hours, requiring candidates to be available to work during the department’s hours. Fully benefitted!
