The Townsend Police Department is seeking applications for a full-time Administrative Assistant.  General duties include but are not limited to management of personnel files, payroll, bills payable, tracking expenses, maintaining department records and applications, data entry/input including spreadsheets, preparing correspondence, assisting with department budgets, processing of insurance claims, as well as other duties assigned.  A complete job description can be obtained upon request.

Salary range is $42,010 – $55,415 with a competitive benefits package.
