Lincoln is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Administrative Assistant to the Building Department and Board of Health. Work includes managing applications/permits/certificates, maintaining records, processing fees, scheduling inspections, supporting programs, attending meetings, and managing clerical/office needs. Applicants should have three to five years’ experience in a municipal setting.

Strong communication skills, proficiency with Excel/Word, and excellent organizational skills needed. Salary is $25.49 – $29.54/hr.
