Seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the Finance Department and Assessors Division. Successful candidate will possess superior administrative skills, exceptional customer service skills and extraordinary communication skills. Municipal experience in property tax abatements and exemptions, as well as excise tax administration highly desirable.

Duties include administrative support to the Finance Director, Advisory Committee, Board of Assessors and Chief Assessor; and processing statuary exemptions, excise taxes; and preparing abutters lists. Also responsible for completing reports, requisitions and other documents; maintain files and general records.
