The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of office tasks which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assist the Director in the planning of the monthly newsletter and calendar of events, work with Director on a variety of monthly reports, attend and keep a log of meetings for Director, type correspondence, assist with payroll, keep files of all monthly reports, make flyers and posters for programs, assist Director with special events, type up annual grants, strong customer service skills, professional attitude, computer experience necessary, MUNIS, Excel, Word & Print Artist, and gather statistics for grants and reports for Board of Directors, Town Manager and Executive Office of Elder Affairs on a regular basis.

Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task and possess strong social communication skills. The ability to work well with others and display kindness, compassion and patience is a must.
