The Administrative Assistant for the Planning and Community Development Department is responsible for office management and excellent customer service. This position acts as the conduit through which the public interacts with the Department and the Planning Board. They are also responsible for department payroll, AP, fees, record keeping, minutes, office supplies, expense tracking, and other related projects. This position is also responsible for basic accounting with respect to the department’s budget and for the fees that come in to the department for development projects.
