Town of Stoneham Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Clerk
Supervision: Town Accountant/Town Wide Budget Director
Scheduled Hours: 35 hours per week – Full Time non-union
Hiring range: $41,796.83 to $43,913.04

Performs all the functions of Accounts Payable, using administrative, analytic and organizational skills in planning, and implementing the accounts payable warrant.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, two years training or experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Over two years’ computer knowledge and experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience utilizing MUNIS is a plus.
  • Ability to pass town’s physical exam and CORI requirements.
