The town of Leicester is seeking applicants for the position of Veterans Services Officer. This position provides state and federal services and benefits to the community’s veterans and their dependents, including pension, disability compensation, education, employment, hospitalization, long-term care, outpatient treatment, vocational rehabilitation, and burial benefits.
Applicants must be an honorably discharged United States Veteran in accordance with the definition of Massachusetts Veteran per MGL Ch.115. Job duties require up to eight hours of work per week, at a set rate $28.84 per hour.
