The town of Wellesley’s Facilities Management department (FMD) has an immediate opening for a Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, preferably on building projects in the public sector, and be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. This role is an opportunity to join a creative team during an exciting design and construction period.

The Project Manager reports to the Design and Construction Manager and manages projects from feasibility through design and construction, primarily cash capital building projects, plus operational duties (EH&S, regulatory, accessibility, safety/security alarms). Delivers high-quality construction on time/on budget; may collaborate on PBC projects. Strong organization, communication, prioritization, multitasking.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Seven to ten years’ experience; public sector preferred. MCCPO preferred.

Expected Salary Hiring Range: $95,683 to $112,427, DOQ.
