The town of Concord is seeking a full-time Geographic Information Systems Program Manager. This role will look to implement GIS to support the town’s strategic goals, by developing plans and strategies to create and maintain a framework of datasets and applications. Involved in budgeting, vendor management, procurement, planning and infrastructure replacement. The role oversees two FTE GIS Analysts and one limited status contractor. Position requires strong knowledge of Esri products (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online). Candidates must have effective communication and leadership skills.
Starting salary range: $88,150.40 – $105,347.89, based on qualifications. This is a full-time position, with a complete benefits package.
