The town of Randolph is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as its next Community Programs Director. This senior leadership position oversees the Randolph Intergenerational Community Center (RICC), recreation programs, social work services, community events, and town-wide recreational facilities, including the Randolph Community Pool and Zapustas Ice Arena. The Director manages staff, programs, budgets, and grants while fostering collaboration with the Library, Elder Affairs, and Veterans Services departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in recreation, human services, or community programming, with demonstrated skills in staff management, budget oversight, program development, and community engagement. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, with the ability to strengthen partnerships, expand opportunities, and ensure that programs are accessible and responsive to the needs of all residents. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience are required; a master’s degree is preferred.
Salary level for this position is $125,000-$135,000 with a generous benefits package.
