The Community Preservation Manager (CPM) is a part-time position responsible for the administration of the town of Braintree’s Community Preservation Act (CPA) program. The CPM works collaboratively with the Director of Planning and Community Development and the Community Preservation Commission (CPC) to manage all administrative, technical, and financial aspects of CPA-funded projects.
The CPM serves as the primary liaison among town officials, boards, departments, applicants, consultants, and the public on matters related to CPA funding and compliance. Work hours may fluctuate based on workload, budgetary considerations, and the needs of the CPC, at the discretion of the Director.
This is a part-time position up to 14 hours per week (generally two days in the office/plus evening meetings as required).
Salary $35.00 – $40.00 per hour.
