Administrative Assistant – Board of Health & Conservation Commission
Regular Part-Time | 34 Hours/Week
The town of Boylston is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant to support the Board of Health and the Conservation Commission. Responsibilities include preparing and recording minutes for board meetings, posting public meeting notices, scheduling appointments, processing permits and applications, maintaining board files and databases, responding to public inquiries, and coordinating communications between departments and external agencies. This position also oversees the preparation and submission of invoices and permit fee turnovers. Attendance at monthly evening board meetings is required.
Applicants should have strong organizational, clerical, and customer service skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities. Prior municipal or permitting experience is preferred but not required.
